It was very easy and the saleslady was very nice 👍 Karen was very professional and helpful which made it a good experience. If in the future I need to get a new vehicle I hope I get her or at least someone like her for she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we choose.Thank you 👍😊
