We really liked Guy Struble. He was friendly and personable and explained everything we needed to know about the suburban. When most car salesmen rush through showing the car after the sale, Guy really shone through. He took the time to check and show us everything. He also offered his personal service whenever we needed anything. We haven���t had any sales associate offer that service before. Guy is great!
Every time we arrive at the service its a 20 min wait with hardly any other cars in line. Service bulletin and what was required to be changed as well as the part that needed to be changed was put in the appointment details. The part was not in stock and not ordered. Appointment was a waste of time. Service adviser was rude when asked why he did not look at the appointment to see what was needed. He thought we were there for an oil change. Will return 1 time to have the ordered part replaced and then never again.
Went in at 7AM with no appointment and they took me in right away, 2 hours later, they called to say it was ready. Second time I used them for warranty work... Did not take it to the dealer where I bought the car because it is much further away. Very satisfied.
