I had our first service with our new Malibu. Gus, the service advisor took care of everything including a a couple questions we had. I plan on using him for all our service for our Malibu and Colorado.
I when to your facility to find out what exactly was a problem that a have with my chevy traverse 2010 transmission, when I asked for the service I was specifically asking for transmission Diagnostic, your Advisor Mike Fox told me that I had to leave the car to do the diagnostic and come back the next day, he told me that the diagnostic would cost around $80 which I was agree to paid. next day somebody call me and asked me to aprove oil change service and I accepted it. in the afternoon I when to pick the car and the diagnostic and your advisor told me: "you have a transmission Problem" which I knew since I took the car to your place, he said that it was the diagnostic. he said that you have to took the transmission down to see what the damage is. I think if he know that the only way to give a transmission diagnostic is taking it down he could had said from the beginning. I knew I have a problem with the transmission. I just paid to you to tell me " hey you have a problem with your transmission". I asked him if the technician had scaned the car and what codes the computer has showed up, he said that the didn't use the scaner and that is even wrost, diagnostic and you even haven't use a scaner to see what codes would come up. really bad experience. any way, I took the car to other place and they found what the problem was.
Every time I come to your dealership I am always greeted with a smile and handshake form Craig out front. He really starts the experience out the right way for me and makes me very welcome. I have had nothing but positive interactions with him as well as Rob and Ron the service managers. Really great guys and always happy to exchange stories and make a me or my wife feel welcome. You have some great employees with these 3 guys and if I recommend your dealership to anyone I always tell then to see Craig, Rob and Ron and I know they will be treated right.
Took my car in for service on Saturday, I was told to pick the car up in an hour. When I left the dealership I noticed the car misfiring and smoke coming from my muffler. Got home and checked the engine saw oil leaking. Poor and absolutely crappy service. The technician responsible for this should be fired, lazy worker
