I have only purchased two Chevrolets in my lifetime (which spans around 15 or so cars) and both have been from Greenacres and Tom Carlton. The sales experience has been great and the service experience as well. In Tom's case he follows through on everything with me (basically hand holding) during and after the car is sold, usually you never see the sales person again after you've purchased the car, they want nothing to do with you, not the case with Tom which is why I bought the second car from him.
The service lady who helped me was very nice and helpful! Also the mechanic Charles was amazing. He showed me the issues with my car and made me feel like he really cared about fixing it and me and my families safety. Really great people!
Tony was my service guy he’s excellent, always trying to help with a big smile on his face . Helpful, caring, makes the experience a lot easier .. I had a loaner this time and the lady at the loaner department was extremely helpful and understand.. kudos to Tony and her .

Darren in service was a great help and was very understanding when I was upset about the cost and repairs my car needed. He has helped my parents and I for years now. He is our go to guy at Chevrolet. We love Angel also. He always helps us us with checking our tires etc. and always has a smile on his face.
Immediately both service staff knew what was wrong, and it was confirmed within the hour by a diagnosis. Worked me into the schedule even though it was already mid-afternoon, with no appointment and got it done only a few minutes after mechanic's normal working hours, knowing that I had no days in the near future when I could leave the car and get a shuttle. Took care of me as always!
