The entire purchasing experience was fantastic. From first meeting with my sales professional, John Dann, the entire process was conducted in a straight forward business like manner. John was very knowledgeable and presented his product in a very professional manner...no high pressure...just two individuals conducting business. His presentation concerning 'features and benefits' was spot on. He was the deciding factor for the purchase. I had contacted other dealers, both Chevrolet and GMC, however, John was the deciding factor for my purchase.
Lack of knowledge with certain cars sold by the dealership. Lack of knowledge to perform an alignment to my 2019 gs corvette. Alignment was perform 3 times and the issue persists dealer won���t perform correct procedure according to gm service book and tells me is not possible and not correct way to do it. Very disappointed very.
Courteous people, always make room for us, Darren Evans is the first person we see and he takes care of everything and is very knowledgeable and a very logical approach to preventive maintenance. Clean place and I have talked with a few mechanics and was very impressed.
