I spoke with Darren my service adviser about the issues with my car.Being that one was diagnostic I had to leave the car,he offered me a shuttle ride,but I had appointmentsI rented a car and went about my business.I got a call a few hours later that my car was ready.I was told what was done and the price was very reasonable.I will continue using AutoNation for my repairs.My Corvette runs better now than before Thank You
Michael did a very good job and the warranty work I had done was completed on time with no issues. I have since received a call back from Michael asking if everything is functioning as it should. Great dealership with great people.
I booked my appointment online and being my first appointment with you I wasn���t sure what to expect. What I was told online was perfectly sign posted when I arrived. When I checked in with Gus he informed me of my recall on my vehicle which I did not know about. I waited for my car to be serviced and the waiting area was very clean and spotless. Other employees asked if I needed anything while I waited. I was very happy with my experience being my first time ever since my husband usually does these jobs for me.
I was very happy that when I called AutoNation on March 6th that I could bring my car in the next day at 7:00am to be checked out. Darren Evans did a good job of telling me what was needed to fix my Traverse. There were some delays as they thought they had the part in stock, but had to wait until Saturday around 1PM before the part was delivered. I did wait on the phone for a long time on Saturday (30minutes) as the ladies in service tried to figure out when my car would be done. If fact one of them told me it was done when it was in fact not done. Darren finally called me back after his lunch on Saturday and updated me on the status and when it would be done that day. I was in the process of finding a ride when he called, because I thought it was finished. I was under the impression that the courtesy van also ran on Saturday to pick me up, which it did not. This caused me to scramble to try and arrange someone to drive me to Autonation at the last minute. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and being done in a quick time frame. The communication on the courtesy car and informing me of when the car would be done could be a little better. Thanks for Darren's efforts over those couple of days for a person who was on vacation from Indiana and not one of your regular customers.
