Confirmed Service Customer
I received a friendly greeting by Robb the Service Advisor. The service was completed on time. Pickup was scheduled for 3-29, Sat PM. Unfortunately Robb was not available for the pickup. I brought the car in Friday AM in immaculate condition. My C8 Z06 was supposed to be pulled up to the pickup area (which is under cover) and the keys were to be left with the Service Receptionist. This was not done. It was left outside over night and was delivered filthy. The valet had to locate the keys since they were not left as indicated. I have not been contacted by management regarding this matter
