Was lead to believe that certain service was needed to resolve my problem. Spent $400.00 and the problem was not resolved and was told that I needed to replace another part for an additional cost of $661. Was told that many problems from the diagnostic was due to low voltage from the battery and should change. Looking at my invoice and technicians comments my battery was fine. Felt that I was misdirected and spent money on something I did not have to. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Spoke with your Service Manager, but he was aware of the situation as the service advisor had conveniently called him to advise that I was waiting for him. Got the same song from manager that was given to me by the service advisor. He definitely stands with his people, but does nothing for the client. VERY DISAPPOINTED. YES PLEASE DO PUBLISH MY RESPONSE. Not holding my breathe to get a call back from anyone.
