The entire experience, from scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle was convenient and efficient. Gus went over-and-beyond with his attention to details. He kept me informed via texts throughout the day with updates, which allowed me to work uninterrupted. When I went to pick up my Trax, he throughly went over the services provided, including necessary and recommended future recommendations for optimal performance. Gus took the time to answer all of my questions about the recall and software updates. He was very knowledgeable about Chevy vehicles and issues pertaining to my Trax (which I absolutely LOVE by the way!) Thanks again for an exceptional service experience!
